DESCRIPTION

Measuring cumulative milestone completion, the purpose of this MIG is to ensure that the IT & Product department, above all else, manage to deliver on what’s most important. The focus in the Strategic Roadmap is often aligned with the intent of its parent MIG. For example, if the parent MIG is to increase NPS, this MIG will preferably focus on executing high-impact, customer-centric features or products.

Purpose to improve operational efficiency and thereby profitability by ensuring a more stringent SOP fulfilment. By coaching team leads in how to follow our IT Architecture SOPs, we will reduce long-term costs.

Interview 3 end-users a week

DESCRIPTION

Purpose to ensure customer satisfaction and align to business goals. By continuously interviewing end-users product and UX teams can gain valuable insights into usage, user needs and potential improvements. While user testings focuses more on existing features, interviews are a great way of identifying user needs to adress with future development.
